As AUS is a new market for Peloton with low brand awareness, it was apart of the strategy to build brand awareness and brand perception in a hyper-local way. To acquire brand partnerships within locally relevant cultural moments such as becoming an official sponsor of City2Surf. City2Surf, ‘World’s Largest Fun Run’, for the last 50 years takes place annually along a 14km route from the Sydney CBD finishing at the iconic Bondi Beach.
